Year Round Bridal Show

Congratulations!

You’ve got the ring and now it’s time to plan all the things! Lots of excitement… and a tidbit of stress, am I right?

The Hub is the place to tackle that giant to-do list!

Don’t wait until that cold Saturday in January to get started! We’re open year-round!

What You’ll Find at The Hub

Curated Vendors

Every vendor has been interviewed, researched, and shown proof of business insurance. You can trust the vendors you find here.

Knowledgeable Staff

Come with all your questions! With 10+ years in the wedding industry under our belt, we’re here to answer your questions on everything from etiquette, trends, cost, guest lists, and more!

A No-Pressure Environment

Hate those awkward conversations with vendors and salespeople where they try to sell you stuff? Us too! That’s why our staff doesn’t sell any products or services. We’re just here to present you with options.

Vendor Samples and Information

Review photographers’ albums, check out a real wedding cake, touch invitation samples, and walk away with each vendor’s information for you to follow-up at your convenience.

Private Setting

We have seating for as many as four couples to relax, thumb through albums/ samples, and make plans. We don’t like the stampede of traditional bridal shows either.

Planning Resources

Take home a copy of our wedding magazine, enter to win giveaways, and find digital resources to make the planning process a breeze.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Show up! It costs nothing! No appointment needed. Just stop by during our drop-in hours. Private appointments also available. Email us to schedule a private appointment.

  • Our friendly staff will chat with you about your wedding planning journey, recommend and provide information on vendors, and show you samples of their products/ services.

  • Absolutely not. We consider it something like free wedding consulting. Wedding planners offer a host of different services that we do not.

  • Anything wedding-related! The questions we’ve fielded so far range from hiring an officiant, finding a ceremony site, ways to save money, invitation etiquette, and vendor consultations. We know a lot about weddings, but if you happen to stump us, we’ll point you in the right direction.

  • All recommendations are from our list of curated vendors. Further recommendations are based on our conversation with you and your must-haves. We do not make recommendations based on budget or personal preferences.

  • Pop-ups are your chance to drop-in and meet one particular vendor. They will be at The Hub to answer your questions and book for your big day. Workshops, though, are more of a learning event. Hub staff or our pros will be presenting information and answering your questions about that particular topic. You must register for these ahead of time.

From Vows to Vendors: How to Make the Most of the Newest Bridal Show for Your Dream Wedding

Planning your dream wedding? Embarking on this journey from vows to vendors can be both exhilarating and overwhelming. Before you immerse yourself in the whirlwind of wedding planning, attending a bridal show near you can be the game-changing kickstart you need.

A traditional bridal show offers a one-stop experience to explore, connect, and gather inspiration. From stunning floral arrangements to delectable catering options, and the perfect dress that whispers to the heart, a bridal show brings together a myriad of vendors under one roof. But, it also brings with it large crowds, long lines and stampedes, and those awkward conversations with salespeople.

Imagine walking into a boutique storefront with your partner, discovering the latest wedding trends, researching area vendors, and reviewing their samples all in one place. And the best part? You get to do this without the crowd and salespeople and lines. It's just you, a Hub staffer, and a plethora of vendor brochures and samples.

The traditional bridal show

Bridal shows have been a staple in the wedding industry for decades, providing soon-to-be-wed couples with a comprehensive look at the latest trends and offerings. Traditionally held in large event spaces or convention centers, these shows bring together a wide array of wedding vendors, including florists, photographers, caterers, dress designers, and more.

While the format of bridal shows has evolved over the years, with some now offering virtual or hybrid experiences, the core purpose remains the same: to provide couples with a comprehensive overview of the products and services available to them as they plan their special day.

The Hub experience

The Hub is the anti-bridal show bridal show. Instead of wandering aimlessly and waiting to talk to vendors, you are greeted by an experienced wedding professional who will guide you through the curated selection of vendors. They will answer your questions, provide tips, and give you all the tools you need to make well-informed wedding planning decisions.

Because the space accommodates only up to ten people, there is no worry about crowds, And no wasted time looking for the handful of vendors you need in a giant expo center. We've got 100+ of the best area wedding vendors

Preparing for a bridal show

Traditional bridal shows requires some preparation to ensure that you make the most of the experience. Start by researching the vendors who will be present at the show, taking note of those whose offerings align with your wedding vision. You should create a list of priority vendors you want to visit, making it easier to navigate the show floor and maximize your time there.

But at The Hub, your wedding professional will present you with vendors that fit your vision. No need to prepare ahead of time. The goal is to make wedding planning as effortless as possible, without actually doing it for you. No matter which bridal show format you attend, it is wise to bring along a tote bag or backpack to collect informational materials and business cards from vendors.

Lots of vendor information and samples all in one place

One of the most significant advantages of attending a bridal show is the sheer volume of vendor information and samples available in a single location. Rather than scheduling multiple appointments and traveling to various locations, you can efficiently compare and contrast different offerings within the confines of the show. From intricate wedding cake designs to personalized stationery and everything in between, the breadth of options can be both exciting and overwhelming.

Making the most of a bridal show experience

  1. Approach the event with a sense of openness and curiosity. While it's important to have a general idea of what you're looking for, be receptive to unexpected discoveries and serendipitous connections. You may encounter a vendor whose work resonates with you in ways you hadn't anticipated, leading to an exciting new addition to your wedding vision.

2. Engage authentically, sharing details about your love story and the vision you have for your wedding day.

3. Take time to review the materials and information you've collected. Follow up with vendors whose offerings piqued your interest. This proactive approach can set the stage for ongoing dialogue and collaboration as you move forward with your wedding preparations.

In conclusion, attending a bridal show near you can be a transformative step in the wedding planning journey, offering a wealth of inspiration and valuable insights. By embracing the experience with intention and enthusiasm, you can navigate the sea of vendors with clarity and confidence, ultimately shaping your dream wedding into a beautiful reality. In the whirlwind of wedding planning, a bridal show near you can serve as a beacon of inspiration and a hub of connections. From the traditional bridal expo to the virtual experiences and the planning experience at The Hub, these events offer couples a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of wedding vendors and trends. Attending a bridal show can be a pivotal step toward bringing your dream wedding to life. Get ready to explore the possibilities that await at a bridal show near you.
